Delivery information

We send our products to more than 50 countries of the world. We have well-organised logistics all over the European Union with a warehouse based in Germany. Therefore, our products will not cross borders on your way to you and you will not have to pay customs fees.

After you place an order in the online at, we will immediately send you a confirmation email to confirm the delivery address you have listed on the payment page. We kindly ask you to provide the address in a clear and correct manner. It must contain all required information, such as apartment, building, street, city, country and zip code.

We only work with respected and reliable courier services. Within the European Union, we supply our products through UPS Express company

Once your product is shipped, we will send you a tracking number on request so that you can track your package yourself. The average delivery time is 3-5 working days and the courier will hand the package directly to you.

If you are having problems with delivery, please please inform us by phone or email as early as possible.

Please note that if your delivery address is outside the European Union, you will have to pay the customs fees.

Your order will be carefully packed and insured by us via a courier service from Zwaag (stock) or from our depot in Germany,

If you have placed an order and paid for 17:00 on a working day, you will be offered the order between 3-5 days.

0 tariff on exports to other EU countries

There is an intra-Community supply if you meet two conditions:

  • You order the goods as an entrepreneur for delivery to another EU country.
  • You must be able to prove this by means of your VAT number, which is checkedby the webshop.

Do you not meet both conditions? For example, because your customer is a private individual, or does not have a VAT identification number? Then the 0 rate does not apply. In that case, you will need to calculate VAT and declare and pay VAT.
